AN ANALYSIS OF SECTORAL EXPORT POTENTIAL OF TURKEY BY USING STRUCTURAL GRAVITY MODEL

Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to analyze the sectoral export potential Turkey with Structural Gravity Model. It aimed find average effects a variable (such as GDP, real exchange rate, trade agreements) on Turkey's exports. has been researched in which countries and sectors that exports below or above potential. 
 Method: gravity model was used potential.
 Findings: aggregated results show its deficit agricultural sector 2010-2019 period between 21-36 billion dollars. This corresponds almost twice volume unused sector. On other hand, gap industrial general 5-31 aforementioned values can be interpreted fact achieved some success compared terms closing historical process, but recent periods, both have exported policies approach level are needed.
